Complete Meeting Package (CMP)

Our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) offers a per person rate with a minimum of 25 guests.

Dedicated General Session Meeting Space with conference equipment, individual temperature controls, blackout and solar window shades and tackable wall surfaces.

Continental Breakfast, including fresh fruit juice, assorted pastries, muffins, house-made granola, yogurt, fruit, and freshly brewed Starbucks® coffee, and assorted Tazo® teas.

Mid-Morning Coffee Break including refills on all beverages.

Executive Lunch to include our Chef’s selection of salads or starters, a variety of entrées (including vegetarian), an array of seasonal vegetable and starch accompaniments, and a dessert station. The buffet is designed to accommodate common dietary restrictions, and offers a wide-variety of options for even the most discerning guest. To honor our commitment to sustainability, plated luncheons may be offered for small groups. Groups share space unless a private lunch is upgraded.

Mid-Afternoon Refreshment Break to include an assortment of sweet and savory items, such as: Bell Harbor's famous malted milk balls and other fun candy, trail mix, Starbucks® coffee, assorted Tazo® teas, and soft drinks.

Meeting Furniture and Set-Up includes either red leather chairs or our Herman Miller executive chairs, depending on the size of your group and your meeting room configuration.

Audiovisual Equipment for your general session to include a screen, projection system, standing podium with wired microphone, and one flip chart.

20 Mbps Wireless Internet Connectivity is complimentary; please ask about additional bandwidth capability.

Conference Supplies including pencils, notepads, pushpins, white boards, and markers.

Additional Business Services including photocopying, faxing, executive assistance, message service, video editing, and presentation preparation are available at your convenience with additional charges.

Exclusive Meeting Package (EMP)

Our Exclusive Meeting Package (EMP) offers everything our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) has to offer and exclusivity of our third floor private space for a minimum of 225 guests.

Also included in our Exclusive Meeting Package:

Audiovisual Equipment in the following third floor rooms: Bay Auditorium, Sound Room, Cove Room, Marina Room, Harbor Room and Pacific Boardroom with a screen, projection system, standing podium with wired microphone, and one flip chart per room.

Audiovisual equipment and labor for the International Promenade, Elliott Hall, and the World Trade Center will be quoted separately.

Additional Meeting Furniture, Supplies and Resources:

  • 15 Prop easels
  • 15 Flipcharts with pads, markers and masking tape
  • 6 Standing Podiums with wired microphones
  • 20 Skirted tables
  • 20 Power strips or extension cords or any combination there of
