MEETINGS: REIMAGINED PACKAGE
We can't wait to welcome you back to Bell Harbor International Conference Center! Reimagine your meetings with appropriate distancing around each guest, wellness stations in each room, and proper protocols to allow your guests to renew their comfort in meeting in person. Your health and safety remain our top priority while we adhere to the safety guidelines given by local authorities and the Health Department. Whether you are planning your next board meeting or exclusive conference, you will feel comfortable and confident within our large spaces. Our Meetings: Reimagined Package includes:
- Wellness stations in the meeting rooms and throughout the building to include: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, tissues, and sanitized pens/notepads.
- Dedicated general session meeting space with customized room sets in either classroom, theater, or crescent rounds with 6 feet of distance, plus a variety of meeting furniture and resources.
- Audio visual equipment including a monitor, standing podium, wired microphone sound system, and more.
- All day coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
- Food package consisting of a breakfast box, lunch box, and grab and go afternoon snack.
COMPLETE MEETING PACKAGE
Our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is available for a minimum of 25 guests and includes:
- Dedicated General Session meeting space, customized room sets with variety of meeting furniture and meeting resources.
- Audio visual equipment for your General Session to include a built-in screen, LCD projection system, standing podium, wired microphone with house sound system, and one flipchart package.
- 20 mbps of wireless internet. Additional bandwidth available.
- All day coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
- Continental breakfast.
- Chef's choice buffet lunch, to include a variety of salads, sandwiches, and dessert. Upgrade to daily hot lunch buffet available.
- Afternoon refreshment break to include an assortment of sweet and savory items.
EXECUTIVE MEETING PACKAGE
Our Executive Meeting Package (EMP) is available for up to 250 guests and includes:
- Exclusive access to Bell Harbor's third floor conference level including: Bay Auditorium, Harbor, Sound, Cove, and Marina rooms, Pacific Board Room, four small breakouts, and 9,000 square feet of pre-function lobby space.
- Audio visual equipment include a built-in screen, LCD projection system, standing podium, wired microphone with house sound system, and one flipchart package in the Bay Auditorium, Harbor, Sound, Cove, Marina, and Pacific.
- 100 mpbs wireless internet. Additional bandwidth available.
- Food and beverage for up to 250 guests, including:
- All day coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
- Continental breakfast.
- Buffet lunch, to include a variety of salads, sandwiches, and dessert. Hot buffet lunch menus available.
- Afternoon refreshment break to include an assortment of sweet and savory items.
