As one of only two International Association of Conference Centers (IACC) certified conference centers in Washington State, IACC standards mean you'll experience state-of-the-art technology, ergonomically designed chairs, and dedicated conference rooms - most with natural light and amazing waterfront views. The Complete Meeting Package has a minimum of 25 guests and includes the following:
  • Dedicated general session meeting space with customized room sets, including a variety of meeting furniture and resources
  • Audiovisual equipment for your general session includes: a built-in screen, LCD projection system, standing podium, and wired microphone with house sound system
  • 20 mbps of wireless internet – additional bandwidth is available
  • Professional and experienced serving staff
  • Flexible seating options

  • Exclusive access to Bell Harbor’s third floor conference level, including the Bay Auditorium, Harbor, Sound, Cove, and Marina rooms, Pacific Board Room, four breakout rooms, and 9,000 square feet of pre-function lobby space

One of our most unique spaces, the Bay Auditorium was designed as an amphitheater, and offers a focused environment and professional ambiance for your general session. With state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and lighting, Herman Miller executive chairs, and surround sound, this room can accommodate up to 300 guests and is ideal for your next conference.

With 100,000 square feet of flexible space, Bell Harbor can accommodate exhibits of up to 200 booths. Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91, located on Seattle's Magnolia waterfront, also offers over 96,000 square feet of usable event space perfect for Trade Shows up to 300 booths.
